Not many celebrities would talk as candidly about their personal struggles as Russell Brand has.
The film and TV star has already published two memoirs, and he’ll soon be adding a self-help guide (Recovery: Freedom From Our Addictions) to his growing list.
“I reckon the thing that I used to get me off heroin and stop me being obsessed with sex will work for anyone, with anything,” Brand told Mashable during a recent Facebook Live interview.
“It’s like we’re all on a scale of addiction, and using these tools — the 12 step tools — it’s possible to change the way you think and the way that you feel.” Read more…
